# Preserved license records
This directory preserves license/provenance notices relevant to
LevelRange-Octo.
## LevelRange original license
`LevelRange-Original-License.txt` preserves the explicit license grant found
in the historical LevelRange source header.
The repository root `LICENSE` explains its scope and the treatment of later
contributions.
