Added colorized toggle output
...
* `printOPTION(msg, status, r, g, b)` now accepts 3 optional parameters for red, green, and blue values applied to `status`. Color defaults to white (1, 1, 1).
* `toggle...()` functions use new entries in `LEVELRANGE_COLORS` to color their status messages.
