Road-block d39ee25cf3 Add support for Minimum EP (default 0) 
Add alternative masterloot item detection to workaround detection fails when giving loot to players outside CHAT_MSG_LOOT range.
Modify loading logic to avoid comms error when options haven't initialized yet.
Class color menus for EP and GP assignments (admins).
Bids: Change sorter to handle PR ties better and take MinEP into account if enabled.

Road-block d3871ef3e4 - Fix 10year old typo in Tablet-2.0 Lib causing a memory leak (90% of Ace2 addons affected). 
- Fix some other quirks with making the tablets closeable with ESC.
- Fix some loading order issues with version handshake when doing a reload or /camp.
- Initial implementation of an EPGP pooling system where Alts can earn and use the EP and GP of the main.
- Add support for showing EPGP info on AtlasLoot and pfQuest tooltips.
- Add better support for EnhTooltip from Auctioneer suite.
- Filter out insignificant (lower than .1 PR) loses due to decay.
