Make MikCEH private and clear tables with table.wipe

Share MikCEH through the addon table instead of a global; the options
addon now reads the search pattern trigger type from
MikSBT.TRIGGERTYPE_SEARCH_PATTERN. ClassicAPI's table.wipe also resets
the Lua 5.0 length, so replace MikCEH.EraseTable and the hand-written
clear-then-setn loops with it.
