Fonts: offer Turtle's FZLBJW.TTF (Noto Sans SC) to every client for CJK text

Turtle WoW ships Noto Sans SC as Fonts\FZLBJW.TTF in patch-5.mpq to all
clients, so enUS players can pick a font that renders Chinese names and chat.
Fixes #79
