Packager auto-generates the GitHub release body from git log since the last tag. The first release has no prior tag, so it walks all history and overshoots GitHub's 125k-char body limit. Ship a curated CHANGELOG.md with the highlights and point packager at it via .pkgmeta's manual-changelog directive. Subsequent releases diff tag-to-tag and stay small — either delete both files after this release lands to restore auto-gen, or keep maintaining CHANGELOG.md manually.
