Verbatim import of the Chronos addon from refaim's Vanilla WoW 1.12 addon development libraries archive: https://github.com/refaim/Vanilla-WoW-1.12-Addon-Development-Libraries-Archive (Libraries/Chronos) Chronos is a hard dependency of CallOfElements (Chronos.scheduleByName/ startTimer/etc.).
