shaga 52aa8fd170 Lowercase |c color escapes in Title for in-game AddOns list

The 1.12 client only parses lowercase |cAARRGGBB color escapes; the
uppercase |C codes in the Title rendered as literal escape text in the
in-game AddOns list. Lowercasing only the escape markers (hex left intact)
makes the coloured 'Necrosis LdC' title render correctly.
