Perhaps remove such cosmetics to from the donation shop and over time tie them to a good quests, like retail WoW did with the green fire warlock quest (during MoP I believe). A great form of horisontal progression.

Well you can buy direct gameplay enhancements in the donation shop, so that, I would think.

The whole thing is that Donation Shop offers only glyphs for druids...
