If you buy gold from someone, get banned for it, then the gold seller feels bad, or you convince them to give you more gold because you gave them money, that is RMT.

First you gave them money, they gave you gold, you got banned.
Then they felt bad or something because their services got you ...

So...Wand specialization includes bows, but you can't learn how to bow...color me confused? Any explanation here?
