Priests and Bows?

[Icedragon]

So...Wand specialization includes bows, but you can't learn how to bow...color me confused? Any explanation here?

Night elf priests specifically were given bow skill to make them more like the Warcraft 3 ones. It's mostly just for flavour.

So the high elves, with bow specialization, don't? seems...odd

Was this ability taken away? I'm attempting to purchase my night elf priest a bow now and she is unable to equip it. Is this a learned skill at a later level as I read they also get the searing arrows spell at level 20.
