Makes sense to me. Three sets of mostly empty subforums makes no sense.

What's the rationale behind priest tier gear doing holy damage with no healing?

Ele gets damage and healing. Ret gets damage and healing. Prot gets damage and healing. Balance gets damage and healing. Seems directly contrary to the hybrid damage/healing fantasy.

I'd heard that turtlewow had changed it so that rage could be gained when damage was absorbed. It doesnt seem to be the case in octowow. Was it a conscious decision? Prot warriors are unpopular enough as it is without extra handicaps.

It definitely would make for a more satisfying scaling trajectory
