Merge Class Forums

Hi, the class forums are split into PVE / Hardcore / PVP. Enough questions about a class ("How do I do the Rogue quest?" "Does Survival vamp work or is it bugged") are not specific to the type of realm. There is not enough posts to warrant the split. Someone looking for answers may need to check 3 forums. I think the forums should be split when they need to be, it's clear they don't (0 druid PVP posts), and so it is detrimental.

Makes sense to me. Three sets of mostly empty subforums makes no sense.
