raising quest limit isnt something you can do in 1.12 client if im right.
TurtleWoW tried it, but they said its harded coded into the client... but thats what they said about other things that Octo managed to do

Please raise the limit of quests you are allowed to have at one time. Hitting the limit is incredibly easy to do, especially if you're playing Slow and Steady.
