After further investigation, we are unable to 100% confirm on the back end that any speed hack where used. Given the speed hacks were not visually seen by our GM and were just inferred from travel speed and second hand reports we are lifting this ban.

My lv. 19 PvP twink Warrior "Iriss" got banned. Why? Twinking isn't against the rules, I don't AFK or dual-box (in PvP) and I'm not toxic, in fact I have a lot of friends in the bracket. I get flamed (and probably reported) a lot for twinking, but I didn't break any rules.
