Ban clarification?

My lv. 19 PvP twink Warrior "Iriss" got banned. Why? Twinking isn't against the rules, I don't AFK or dual-box (in PvP) and I'm not toxic, in fact I have a lot of friends in the bracket. I get flamed (and probably reported) a lot for twinking, but I didn't break any rules.

Regardless of if I get unbanned or not, I'll stop twinking. I'm not making a new one. I started playing Battlegrounds for the first time ever a few days ago, and my first 4 matches were against a twink Rogue named Manfred who kept one shotting me. I was level 10 and had no gear. Of course, this wasn't fun, so I decided to twink up and fight him (and other twinks).

In these few days, I learned about the problems with PvP and twinking, and even agree twinking shouldn't be allowed. I realize it ruins a lot of people's games and maybe even their day. This is not my intent, so I will stop.

To all those negatively affected by my twinking, I'm sorry and I offer compensation to show good will. Send a whisper or mail to Dusko in-game in the coming days, and I'll send you some gold, which I hope you will use to gear yourself up for Battlegrounds, but you can use it for anything.

If I get Iriss back, I will repurpose her into a tank and help people run low level dungeons like Deadmines, Wailing Caverns and Shadowfang Keep.

Hi, thank you for the clarification.

That would be a teleport hack, and not a speed hack. If you used a speed hack to go from the Trade District to Old Town in one second, you would have to move at such a high speed you would run into walls and fall into the water in Stormwind. I set up a local server a few days ago, so I'm now familiar with GM commands that do both.

I queued up for Battlegrounds at the training dummies in Old Town. I wasn't in the Stormwind Trade District. When the Battleground was over, I replied to two whispers and when I moved my character (updating the coordinates after spawning in after the Battleground), I got banned.

What I think is going on here is that I get reported (a lot) by other players who dislike me for twinking, falsely reporting me for hacking in the hopes I get banned. It seems like it worked.

Your witness is someone who doesn't even know the difference between a speed hack and a teleport hack by the way, and someone I've been farming in Battlegrounds so they have a motive against me. Collinswood1's forum post history shows how much he hates twinking. He's not a reliable witness.

You don't have to mention who the witness is for me to make an educated guess. The first comment on this thread is from a non-GM with a post history about hating twinks, accusing me of speed hacking. It's likely they're the witness. Even if they aren't, I've been farming a lot of people in Battlegrounds and there's going to be quite a few people who are upset with me for it, and a few of those people might even report me. I get multiple hateful whispers every Battleground session, that I don't even report because they're so frequent.

Sure, check my movement history. You're not going to find any speed or teleport hacking in my Battlegrounds.

Please read my other ban appeal (I got unbanned) about false positives in my movement, due to me dualboxing, causing high latency, lag and (visual) desync.

I log off my other character(s) when I queue for Battlegrounds (as is the rule), but after my last Battleground I replied to two whispers saying I was going to take a break, and logged in my other two characters (who I dualbox on), causing high latency, especially during the loading screen. This could explain Iriss' coordinates not properly updating until I moved.
