Do I understand correctly that the recent changes regarding boosting have been canceled, and current rules do not prohibit boosting my own alt (for example, by tagging mobs), including on Y'Shaarj?

For example, 7-8 PM UTC would be much better. By that time, people in Western Europe would definitely be back from work and ready to play, while it still wouldn't be past midnight in Eastern Europe or the western part of Russia. That would mean more players online, more fun, more PVP HYPE

I agree with Vex. Several guilds are waiting for the Octo PvP server and are not playing on the PvE server. This means the server population will consist not only of those who will stop playing on the PvE server and start on the PvP server, but also of those who will join the PvP server directly ...
