Items deleted from inventory when opening mail at mailbox.
Many of my items got deleted from my inventory when I tried to open my mail. No clue how it happened, but I lost a fair bit of stuff...

Name Unavailable
Deleted my character at lvl 1 to be able to enable a couple of challenges. Remade the character in about 10-20 seconds and the name is unavailable. Any means to be able to get the name back? Cant see anyone online with the name on /who or on friends list.
