Is there any current gathering of the community outside the game and the forums? I didn't know how much we needed the discord community until we lost it, and now I feel so disconnected from OctoWoW, even when playing it.

There's stuff in here I dislike but mad respect for the enthusiasm and putting so much together.


What is the stuff you might be against? Would love some feedback exchange to refine these Ideas & Suggestions more.

First of all, I want to thank OctoWoW team for the restoration efforts of TWoW Patch 1.18.1. The Shutdown and loss of TWoW to Blizzard is unfortunate, but I hope this turns out to be a new beginning, a new page for Vanilla+ fans across the world with more new content to come!

I'm in full support of turning TWoW patch 1.18.1 into an open-source in order to preserve it from becoming a lost WoW media.

The risk was already too huge with TWoW being almost gone. Regardless of the protective measures this time, it's better safe than sorry.
