Thanks for the link. I didn't realize the server was under DDoS attack. The main page was saying Online.

After I type my password it will eather hang on connecting or skip the connecting and go disconnected from server. The server is up, I haven't been banned at least to the best of my knowledge. It was saying that my IP isn't whitelisted on the website. I don't get to pick my IP's, its not static ...
