- 2xp (with the choice of turning it off) : NO or temporary only or heavy compesation gift for those above lvl 50
- Cross - server battlegrounds : YES, no cross faction. And the cross faction on the pve serve can be reversed.

Devs have said no multiple times. You want to play on a different server. I'd recommend ripping the band aid off and leaving.
