Since pfQuest seems to cause that constant screen freeze in game every few seconds to minutes (for some people) is there an equivalent addon that does not cause this or has anyone created (or worked on) a fork of pfQuest that doesn't cause the freeze?

You should be able to get rested inside the city if you find the "Inn Master" (the NPC you bind your hearth to) of the city.

What time of day and what time zone is this happening?

I'm experiencing it (for the first time and I have played at this time for over a week) right now, after midnight in the US for Central Time Zone.

Getting 4k+ ping now, so the game is unplayable. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? All my other websites and streams are working fine. if anyone has a test I can run I am willing to and provide whatever data is necessary...within reason :P

To follow up on the warmode exp increase. If the population is not increasing on the pvp server you can consider making warmode a permanent mode with 20% exp bonus on the pve server and just merge the pvp server with the pve server. Might be a better solution then just splitting the population ...
