Bump. Same thing happened to me. Tried everything, but nothing's worked.

It won't let me attach the screenshots, so I'll type them out.

The Login In screen error is:

Interface\GlueXML\AccountLogin.lua:21: attempt to call method `SetBackdropBorderColor' (a nil value)

And then I log into my character, the UI is all screwed up with missing textures and says

Interface ...

I followed a guide and downloaded and installed some updated HD models and building and etc. But now I launch the game and it just turns into a black screen. I've ran everything as admin, deleted the WDB folder, and nothing's worked.
