Interface\FrameXML missing?

[Cortez]

Interface\FrameXML\OptionsFrame.lua:111:attempt to call field '?' (a nil value)
Is what im getting after the ddos on sunday, it removes/blocks my party frame from showing at all.
I've tried reinstall, updating addons, turning everything on and off, downloaded the game onto my laptop to try and i get the same error. Any fix?
