here's the thing.. if youre playing a class that has the potential to tank or heal, throw on the gear and do it. if everyone is DPS then no one will find a group. Imagine the waiting list - 20 DPS waiting to queue for a place, but theres 0 tanks and 1 healer in the queue. You as the 20th dps in ...

how about a battle rez with 0 cooldown but you sacrifice yourself in order for them to get it, basically 0 cooldown wipe protection.
