Since today, chat options have become a bit wonky. The "world" chat keeps becoming active on my General chat tab even though I explicitly turned it off there to allow it on a separate World chat window.

Every time I log in, I have to again disable world from the General chat window. Could this ...

Bad-faith question:

Do you actually have the resources required to enforce this consistently, or is this effectively going to become a player-driven panopticon?
