Currently the NPC Baron Bobby gives one the option to get a refund on a purchase donation shop item.

I was playing Capybara in the early days before I came back to playing Octo.

One of the things they had implemented was that to be able to chat in world chat you had to be level10. The system was dome like that to discourage trolling.

Why don't Octo dev's do something similar here. Maybe not level ...

When I proposed this challenge I thought more would go for it. Have to admit I am surprised at the negative comments.
