Donation Shop Gift Option

Currently the NPC Baron Bobby gives one the option to get a refund on a purchase donation shop item.

One change I saw on Capybara, which I think would be a great addition is to add to Baron Bobby the "Gift Shop" option. On Capy a player can purchase an item and have it sent to another player.

I think this would be a great addition.
