Remove all PVP and K10 Gear from players. Close k10

Hi there, this has been a hot topic on the unofficial discord for a bit now, so I wanted to create a place to see if the community agrees on these changes.

Currently there are people with r10 PVP gear in the game, as well as the fact that kara10 is open and people have gear from this as well.

I, and several others have been fairly vocal that this equipment should be removed until the appropriate phase is reached as it provides loot that significantly out-scales most of P1 gear. I do not believe simply removing the pvp vendors is good enough as people currently with pvp gear will have a huge advantage in any sort of world pvp/raid/BG environment.
