Revert Auction House Changes

With the recent 1.18 patch (as of the day I'm posting this) the Auction House limit was clamped down, and fees were enabled.

On Turtle I believe this was originally done as one of their attempts to combat gold inflation, and to deal with the massive surge in population they had. They later implemented other measures to fix both problems, but given the sheer amount of gold circulating on Nordanaar with how it was a fully progressed server, they left the fees in as the patches moved forward.

I do not think such things are necessary right now with the later fixes turtle added being in place, with as small as the server pop is, and with the current raid phase of the game we have here on Octo.

Yea, no AH tax please. Economy is too weak still for it.

+1 the max# of listings right now is way too low for how small the server pop is & the tax makes moneymaking way too hard for the same reason.

Agreed the server and economy is still too new. Hurts new players trying to sell things with the AH tax
