Permanently banned but why?

I was perma banned without any warnings and I wonder why? I guess this was just a mistake?

Ahhh this is account name CUSABO with the forum name BIOBLATT, I was looking at account name BIOBLATT with the forum name CUSABO from the same ip . Reasoning stands.
