WTF Ban

[Kestrel]

If you hold concrete evidence, I respectfully ask to see it, as banning a dedicated player who stayed through all DDoS attacks shouldn't be this simple.

I am fully prepared to send my official travel documents via private email to prove my trip. My account was never shared, and no boosting service was used.

Please let me know where I can submit my travel proof for review to resolve this.

Octowow@proton.me if you want to send anything. But "travel records" do not explain your activity at all XD this was not you traveling for a while.

Where is the concrete evidence? I am asking you to lift my ban. You said there are documents, I'm waiting for them all. Everyone here who has commented on me knows I'm an honest person and deserves a chance.

You want me to post the IP logs we have for all you activity publicly here?

I just want to confirm this before I do so, would hate to expose your information without you understanding what you are asking (not that it is super sensitive, but its not nothing). And given your line of questioning I don't think you do understand how this all works.

look, what you don't understand is that I'm already logging in from different computers from different places that I just logged in to a friend's account to throw tickets to you in-game, these are already things that can happen within ourselves, but I respect if you're saying it's wrong, but I've seen that there are people you've given a chance before, and I'm saying that I'm requesting one last chance to open my account

I was in Ukraine Pervomaisk Mykolayv on the dates you mentioned, visiting my girlfriend and staying at her house. I can send photos via email if you'd like. Also, between those days, why would I buy a 10-level boost from level 46 to 56 when I can easily grind those levels myself? If you want, you can set my character to level 50 and watch me play. I kindly request that you unban my account

Kestrel, I sent everything via email along with the evidence; I am kindly expecting a positive response.

To publicly clarify how this ended, they emailed nothing but text saying "I was taking a leisurely vacation in Ukraine to visit my totally real GF" and attached two photos of someone using the blue text (before we patched it out) impersonating a GM (badly) and claiming they hacked us and have everyone's emails and passwords.

They should probably learn what hashing and salting are #CS101

I love this forum.

Wait... So you're saying the email I got asking for my online banking credentials was NOT from my bank to verify it's the same as what they have on file??? BRB, I need to make a few phone calls.
