Obtained emails last night, but emails on reset request timed out due to increased delay. Still ongoing.

After several days and the initial email fix on behalf of the team, email for password reset is still MIA. I have scheduled guild events for the guild Synergy and now they are being threatened to be put on hold. Any update on the email processes to reset my passwords so I can finally log in would be appreciated.
