MY party got tped to SW but I didn't

I opened a ticket about a death appeal, I died in RFK but I got resed there and I provided proof that I was there with my party, I logged in after I checked that my ticket is solved and I found myself still in instance while my friends got tped to SW, how's this fair ? I can't appeal again and I died again trying to get out of there. I opened a ticket in game but no answer and I can't even check it again. Please help me with this.. I log back in into RFK while my party logs in in SW.
