Slight buff to protection warrior?

Can we consider making some small adjustments to prot warrior to improve them. I don't know boost revenge damage like 300%, make revenge threat scale not a base threat. Allow scaling thunderclap with something. Maybe let rend cause more threat or scale.

Currently prot warrior is doing like 100-200 less dps than other tanks (from raid logs). Most prot warriors I run into are doing really low dps overall.

I don't want war to be overpower but a lil boost maybe could make them less noodle

tank playstyle should defer from dps playstyle,
currently the deep prot tree is kind of useless,
fury tree currently is used for 2h, dual wield as well as tanking.

playing warrior tank feels as pure stress to try and smash all buttons trying to perfect rotation to gain every bit of extra threat, which results in going mostly dps spec, this is completely wrong.

as a tank warrior i want to feels and be heavy while tanking the boss.
warrior tank is all about the shield, either make the shield a bigger part of the warrior tank identity or some other spells as revenge.

but either way, the tank fantasy should not be a dual wield berserker
