Can we get a telegram or something for support questions when outages or other issues arise?

So the discord servers got nuked, oh well, but my main worry is having situations like a few days ago where i got constantly DC'd from the game when i logged in (because addons using the DB in any way were booting people off), and many of us couldn't login to the forums to report it.

They were never on the Discord, so your reports to the Discord didn't actually reach anyone that could do anything with them. Sounds like you were trying to login during the DDoS though? I haven't heard anything about addons getting people booted, but we've definitely been going through DDoS attacks causing people to get booted off consistently.

The only place the Devs are ever going to look at things are on these forums or their protonmail address. The forums are very rarely down, even with the DDoS, and if they aren't accessible they generally are within a few minutes. But even if another community Discord pops up, this is where you would want to report stuff. Discords are useful because often the community can point you in the right direction to get stuff fixed on your end-- but the Discord devs didn't have a direct line to the Octo devs etc etc.
