I donated BTC to OctoWoW on Monday, September 7, but still haven't received any points in the shop. I opened a message on the donation page verifying the address that the temporary payment address generator gave along with the hash for the transaction.
One snag might be that I use Coinbase, and by default they prefer sending BTC over the Ethereum network; could that be part of the delay? Please let me know what details are required to receive my shop points. Thank you!
