GMs don’t care about anything

few days ago i was in raid with repetance guild as tank warrior. After we killing moroes, we got mail chest in loot. I rolled for him and i wot it. but they dont gived to me. Reason not for tank spec lol. But my bost not cryes about loot. They insulted me all russians for this (i have screenshots). AFter i do ticked and with 2 days proceedings. They just ignored me. So bans for players for loot scum for insulting for 0 tolerance (looks like iif u russians can be insulting here). But GMs writing me every 2 days for my HoJ runs. Why they care about 50g for hoje more than scums?
0 actions for quality of life with DDos, i asked do 0 gold for armor repair. 0 reactions. Players with slow and stady loosing XP every time. But GMs ignoring all this troubles. and focusing only on little things.

"Unfortunately we are unable to intervene in loot disputes such as this as there is not clear in game evidence of any one sided scam. You are welcome to make a post on the forum to discuss publicly if you feel it necessary."

This is verbiage I approved for this specific ticket. You were not ignored.

We are not able to pick sides and issue bans for whoever makes a ticket first when people argue over loot. We only intervene when there is clear cut in game evidence that an active and intentional scam occurred. We found no such evidence here.

P.S. A disagreement about what is considered MS vs OS is not an intentional scam.

Loot was rolled on using the pre-defined system. The argument that it's MS roll is pretty weak, but it's still kinda there. Maybe it is a substantial upgrade over what he had. I don't know...

Don't get me wrong. I understand your position. I would probably be annoyed too. But this is not really an issue for a GM to solve... Add them to your blacklist going forward and/or have them verify in writing when MS rolls are acceptable at the beginning.

if admins do not bear responsibility in raids with SR MS OS sistem its meas i just can scum all in my SR raids. WIll know about it next time when another player will roll on items

Maybe this is a language barrier, but your posts 100% read like your complaint is about the loot.

Had to re-read this all to really understand what happened a few times. So I think you're the tank here, rolling on DPS mail as main spec rolls and they don't think you should? If that's the case, then the loot rules make even better sense to me.

If you you really don't care about the loot, then I guess the complain boils down to the super duper offensive phrases: "Holy mother of Russian ninja" and "F**k this Russian" for you rolling on an item that generally people would expect you not to.... Guess that could fall under chat rules, but holy hell grow a thicker skin. You come across much worse here than they do in the images and I know which one I would rather raid with.

Gms are fast on this server and good... made alot of tickets and was resolved pretty fast and they like to communicate.
