Warrior Overpower Macro

Hi i been trying to fix this macro but its having issue.

The function I need it to do is have the Overpower tooltip and highlight in colour after a dodge, while I am in Berserking Stance - currently it does not do that.

Has anyone managed to have it working and if so with what macro addon setup ?

Which macro ? You cannot make a tooltip highlight with just a macro
