First, thank you for your work on bringing TWoW back. I really appreciate it.
My character, Helicon, was transferred from the Hardcore realm C'Thun to N'Zoth 1 or 2 weeks ago at level 57. When I arrived, everything was fine. All my gear and the items in my bank were still there.
However, the next day, when I logged in, my character was naked, and all my items from C'Thun were gone. I thought this might be by design, so I just made and farmed new gear from scratch.
Then, the day before yesterday, I got some of the gear/items back from the mailbox, with a message saying something like "recovered lost items." But only part of them were returned.
This morning, after the server restart, those gear pieces and items originally from C'Thun were missing again.
I have already replaced most of them. Even for the ones I have not replaced yet, I can just spend some time grinding again, as they are not very valuable. But there is one item, [Arcanite Fishing Pole], which I acquired by winning the fishing contest. Since I did not find any fishing NPC in BB on Sunday afternoon, I would like to ask if there is any chance I can get the fishing pole recovered.
