PING PING PING mad af

Hi! I wanted to ask if there are any plans to address the current latency issues.

Before the DDoS attacks, my ping was usually around 40–70 ms. However, for the past three weeks, I’ve been experiencing extremely high ping, usually around 500–1500 ms, which makes the game practically unplayable.

What’s confusing is that I don’t have this issue on other WoW projects or other games — my connection there is completely normal. The problem seems to be specific to your server.

Are you currently working on a solution or planning to do something about the routing/latency issues? I really enjoy the project, but after three weeks of this, I’m starting to wonder whether it’s worth continuing to play here.

I’d appreciate any information about the situation and whether we can expect it to be resolved. Thank you!

I’ve been hearing the same thing for three weeks now — that you’re “working on it” and that I should check the announcements. Meanwhile, I’ve had 500–1500 ms ping in WoW for the past three weeks, and it only happens on your servers.

Alright, I’ll come back once you’ve actually fixed it. At this point, the game is simply unplayable with 500–1500 ms ping, and trying to play like this is just a waste of time.

You have been hearing the same thing because there is nothing to update. Procuring things is a bit difficult to do annonymosly. No real way to "fix" that, it is thanks to snoopy governments, how the world works these days.

Maybe it's a sign, then.

A sign that procuring hardware is difficult right now? Don't need a sign, that is well known in the industry.
