Glitched jewelecrafting recipe? "Kodoheart Necklace"

Under my priest "Cosmodius" I bought a jewelcrafting recipe in the auctionhouse that I hadn't seen before: "Kodoheart Necklace" for 10g. When I used it, it disappeared from my inventory but I didn't learn to create it.

It looked a little odd -- unlike other recipes, the description didn't show details on what it would create.

I was able to use the recipe, and it disappeared from my inventory, but it didn't give me a message that you would expect: "You learned how to create: Kodoheart Necklace."

It's not listed in my recipe list for me to create.

Image attached just showing the message that I bought the recipe and the "You learned to create..." message I did receive for the Fangclaw Relic recipe I bought at the same time.
