Has there been a solution for the "This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now."?
Because I'm (sometimes) able to log in but never go into my realm, i only get a screen where i can pick a realm, but i cant go to my character..

Thanks for keeping up the work guys anyways, it must be so much more frustrating than it is for me. This has been going on for so long...

same, I'd make a ticket in the support forum specifically if there enough of them it may get the attention of admins quicker.

in the meantime using a free VPN like Cloudflare WARP or protonVPN seems to work for me

It is important that everyone who wants to use this feature understand what it is and is not. This is a white list for one of our upstream protection providers that filters traffic before it reaches our servers. This is NOT a work around for everyone to avoid being affected by the DDoSes.

This only white lists your IP to prevent your traffic from being automatically blocked upstream. If you are able to get into the game right now this whitelist will not help you at all.

This is to help those who are able to get past the log in screen, but are unable to connect to one or any of the world realms. If this is what you are experiencing, please whitelist yourself and wait for your IP to be added to the white list. You can do this by going to the account management page on the website. As previously mentioned our upstream provider has strict rate limits on whitelisting IPs which we are unable to work around, so we are limited in how fast we can add IPs.

P.S. it may take up to 30 minutes for the white list to take affect after your IP has been sent to the provider.

Any solution for us that have dynamic ip? I whitelisted yesterday but it seems ill have to do it like every day, or few days... i cant log into server again today, im past login but cant connect to relm.

Anyone has a problem with adding the connection to whitelist? I actually managed to add it once but then I was messing around with it a couple of days ago and I accedentaly removed it from whitelist and now I cannot add it back. The system says "This connection cannot be added to the whitelist right now."

I've been using a VPN and mostly connecting just fine after a few attempts. However today after getting d/c during a lag spike i now cannot get past 'connected'. I tried to do whitelist but it says i can't whitelist my IP currently.
