Did the server go down or is it on my end?

yea haha this is super weird disconnect. can get in game, but cant see char or other people, with 0ms, can move, but after 30second logout.

Really strange, I played all day, even through the mass disconnect. Server wasn't laggy at all so I really dont think it's a DDoS.

Just strange how its only affecting certain people. At like noon my time, there was almost 3-3.5k people on the server, then it gradually fell off until just a little while ago, before logging it was at like 750-800. Keep in mind, for those of us who were on the server, there was absolutely no issues with lag or desync or anything.

It sounds more like the server host or DDoS protection is booting people en masse and blocking their IP from connecting.

I just left the game and restarted the launcher, got in with no issues, 735 people on the server still.


EDIT : Oh I see the post from the devs, apparently they are getting DDoS'd but the protections are blocking it. So the server is playing fine, but legitimate IPs are getting mixed in with the bad ones and being blocked by their DDoS filter. It's so frustrating that some loser would sit there and do this for weeks just to keep people from enjoying themselves.
