How do I turn on War Mode post-character creation? Have they removed glyphs?

Octowow appears to have removed the guy that supplies the Glyphs. I had assumed that this meant that Octo devs had removed War Mode altogether, but I'm just learning that it's in fact still in the game, but you now have to select it at character creation. I didn't notice this at all creating my character. How do I go about toggling it now?

I've already levelled a char to 16 so I really don't want to have to delete it and start all over again, especially when you used to be able to opt into it at any level previously on Turtle.

I've just been informed by a GM that's not possible to toggle it post CC.

Honestly guys this is an extremely shit change. That + button in the CC is bloody tiny and is extremely missable to anybody that is coming into the server expecting it to be like Turtle and the glyphs accessible at any time. I know I'm only level 16, but I'm a smelly adult now who works fulltime and I've just pissed 11 hours of my life down the drain on this character, that I now have to delete.

Please reconsider this challenge only being accessible on CC, because I doubt I'm going to be the last player affected by this. I'm very sad
