Genuine question, seeing a lot of players submitting requests for help and not seeing responses, is there any value in having players submit requests for help if they are not going to receive it? I have donated to support you, have been patient with the last month of DDOS, but expect communication when I ask for help, even if there is nothing you can do, I would prefer to know that you are reviewing these and doing what is possible and within your control.

I am looking for specific guidance on whether its possible to connect while on hotspot / airports / hotels, if you know that answer and can provide clarity, or help me get connected, that would mean a lot.
