Not sure if banned or just can't connect

Hello. I know you guys have been dealing with DDOS attacks a lot, so it may be that, but I just want to make sure. I wasn't able to connect for much of yesterday and I can't seem to connect now, even though the status of the server has been up for at least 9 hrs according to https://octowow-status.shunrai.workers.dev/

I don't believe I have do anything to be banned, but I wanted to double check what the reason is that I can't connect. I'm not sure if trying to connect over and over may have flagged my account or something. I've tried using a VPN, tried changing my DNS, deleted my WDB folder, but it won't connect. It shows Connecting, Authenticating, Handshaking, Success!, but then it just stays stuck on Success! Then it will ask me a realm to choose after awhile, and then it just says Logging in to game server for awhile and eventually just disconnects.

Hopefully, this can get resolved, I actually really like this server. I never played the original Turtle Wow, but it's been fun so far. I just can't ever get in Thanks for any help.

I am trying to track down the specific failure case that is happening here but having trouble identifying the issue. It appears the whitelist is not helping so it most likely isn't you being scrubbed by our primary protection provider.

Could you please

turn off your VPN
open Windows PowerShell
type out "Test-NetConnection normal.octowow.st -Port 8091" (do not press enter)
go try to log in
then as soon as it disconnects you, run the command

and copy/paste the output into my DMs so that I can investigate this further?

Are you able to select the non-normal realms when trying to connect?
