EPERM:operation not permitted, rename .avi.part

Hi !

When trying to download the rest of the game after getting the launcher, this error appear

I've tried rename like they ask, but it only turns the .part file into a video and the same message appear when I try to relaunch the download.
Also executing the Launcher as an administrator doesn't change anything.
