hi what is the reason for my ban?

mostly got ban due multibox with ally or horde toon like me with 0 warning I guess not even doing /who just saying "que av" on av day xd

The ban was your 4th time being disciplined for chat rule violations. I have reduced the ban to 3 days down from 7 mostly because it does appear you have been doing better in general about following the rules, but subsequent chat rule violations will likely result in a 7+ day ban depending on severity so you probably should just stay out of world chat IMO.
