Clarification on multiboxing rules — 3 separate people in a household

Hi, I have a question about how the multiboxing rules apply in a specific situation.

Three different people in my household each have their own account and their own PC. We're all playing at the same time and sometimes end up in the same map zone (e.g. farming in the same area).

The rules say "It is forbidden to multibox more than 2 accounts (2 characters) within the same map zone." My question is: does this apply when the accounts are genuinely operated by three different people, or is the intent of the rule to prevent one person from controlling multiple characters?

If it does apply, is there a process to explain this to a moderator if we get flagged?

Thank you

I'm assuming you're just unfamiliar with what multiboxing is but the short answer is, what you're talking about isn't multiboxxing so you're fine.

Multi-Boxing is the act of controlling multiple instances of the game running at the same time on a single OS. Multiple Windows. If you're in windowed mode, the instance window is a square, hence the term 'box' and you're running multiple of them at the same time. Hence the term Multi-Box.

Additionally, the only form of multiboxxing that is allowed here is manual input via 2 windows max at a time. Hence the "2 account" rule. So alt tabbing to control each character manually. There is 3rd party software to manipulate key presses across all clients at once. Do not use any 3rd party software. You WILL get banned.
